Boulders Beach Penguin Colony:
A  thriving colony of African Penguins and sheltered safe beaches where you can even swim with the penguins!. Elevated boardwalks provide excellent viewing opportunities for penguins and whales.  

Simon’s Town Beaches:
Something for everyone! Seaforth Beach is an ideal family beach with a picnic lawn.  Boulders Beach, is sheltered & safe, where you are able to swim with the African penguins.  Long Beach is great for walking, & beach games. Glencairn Beach is ideal for kitesurfers, windsurfers, paddlers, snorkelers, & also has a child friendly tidal pool.

Great White Shark cage diving:
Highly personalized shark eco-tours gives you the opportunity of witnessing one of natures greatest spectacles, a breaching Great white shark. Packages includes cage diving and surface viewing. Departing from Simons Town. April – September.

Southern Right Whales:
These gentle giants of the sea can be seen from land from June – November, or you can get up close and personal on a whale watching boat trip. 

Seal Island, False Bay:
Home to 74 000 Cape Fur Seals, 24 bird species and is a natural hunting ground of the Great White Shark. 

Simon’s Town Sea Kayaking:

Just Nuisance and Jubilee Square:
Jubilee Square has a statue of, Just Nuisance, a great dane dog that befriended the royal Naval sailors during World War 2 and was buried with full military honours There is also, an African curio market on Jubilee Square.

Baboon walks:
Baboon Matters will guide you on a 2 or 3 hour walk across the mountains in Cape Town's South Peninsula to see the Da Gama & Kommetjie troops. The proceeds of the walk will help keep the project going. You can spend time with the primates as they eat, play and socialise.
